Building the Burpee For Time – 6:36

3 Rounds of 20 Pushups, Squat Thrusts, Squats, Jumping Jacks and Burpees

The 300 For Time – 13:43

Complete 30 reps of each of the following workouts:

Pullups, Pushups, Lunges, Side Lunges, Parallel Bar Dips, Backpack Pushups, Sumo Squats, Janda Situps, Knees-to-Elbows, Glute-Ham Situps

Everything in blue was done with the 20lbs training vest, the backpack pushups were done with an additional 30lbs bag.
