Routine of the Day – You have 20 Minutes


This is another double routine, Crossfits “Annie” workout, plus a little something extra.

Set a timer for 20 minutes and complete:

50-40-30-20-10

Tuck Jumps/Double Unders and Situps

Use the remaining time to complete as many rounds as you can of:

5 Hands-at-Hips Pushups

10 Walking Lunge Steps

15 Burpees

I got around 9:40 for “Annie” and 5 Rounds completed before time ran out.

I always thought tuck jumps were pretty easy, until I had to do 50 of them in a row. Twenty minutes of balls-to-the-walls exercise!
