Routine of the Day – You have 20 Minutes


Warm Up – 3 Rounds

  • 10 – Pullups
  • 20 – Pushups
  • 30 – Squats
  • 40 – Chinnies

Routine of Day – You have 20 minutes to complete the following (w/ 12lbs vest):

100 – Pullups (failed 90, 5 Rounds)

100 – Lunges (Completed, 3 rounds)

100 – Burpees (failed 95, 6 rounds)

100 – Ring Dips (failed 82, 6 rounds)

200 – Pushups (failed 180, 4 rounds)

Failed. I managed to rep out the left over reps in under 2 minutes. I think the combination of burpees and lunges, two very time consuming exercises made this difficult to complete within my goal. Maybe next time.
