Routine of the Day – You Do Not Have Enough Time


Sometimes having a rushed workout session forces you to work much harder, must faster and gives you a much, much better workout.

Five Rounds For Time – Building the Burpee – My time was between 10-12 minutes, I will publish an official time later.

20 Pushups, 20 Squat Thrusts, 20 Squats, 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Burpees

This one was killer. The last couple rounds were brutal due to a lack of time forcing me too avoid any form of resting.

Followed by a 20 minute break while I ran out of the house.

Complete the following exercises with as few unbroken sets and in as little time as possible - I think I needed about 8-9 minutes to finish this, with the 20lbs vest on.

50 Pullups, 100 Pushups, 100 Squats, 50 Parallel Bar Dips

Pullups – 5 Sets

Pushups – 5 Sets

Squats – 3 Sets

Dips – 4 Sets
