Routine of the Day – Two for one


Two workouts today, both should take under 10 minutes to finish. You can rest between the workouts as well.

3 Rounds For Time:

50 Pushups, 40 Knees-to-Elbows, 30 Squat Thrusts, 20 Pull ups

My time: 9:25

For Time:

150 Thrusters @ 40lbs or 150 Wall Ball Shots @ 20lbs

I do not have a medicine ball, nor a wall target 10-15 feet in the air I am willing to throw a 20lbs ball at 150 times. I did the thrusters.

My time: 9:30
