Routine #1 – Building the Burpee

3 Rounds for Time4:57 (new record)

  • 20 Pushups
  • 20 Squat Thrusts
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Burpees

Routine #2 – The Shoulder Punisher

3 Rounds for Time8:28

  • 5 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Thrusters @ 95lbs
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 20 Push Press @ 95lbs

Routine #3 – Half of Cindy

Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes of the following – Finished 12 rounds

  • 5 Pullups (on the rings)
  • 10 Pushups (on the deep bars)
  • 15 Squats

Done with the 12lbs training vest.
