Routine of the Day – The Dubliner


If I had one sentence to describe Dublin it would be this: ‘You honestly can not go more then 12 hours without seeing someone expel one form or another of bodily fluid onto the street’.

Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 20 Situps
  • 30 Pushups
  • 40 Squats

Routine of the Day - The Dubliner

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following:

  • 5 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Ring Dips

Managed to get 9 rounds with 20 seconds to spare. My goal was 10, but doing doing Handstand Pushups and Ring dips together is a real shoulder killer.
