So overall I am up on Reps. Actually I broke my old personal record for the total reps by a whole 3 (1029 vs. 1026). There was a improvement in total pushups, but everything else stayed around the same. For Dips I tried to maximize my score by never rep’ing out to failure, which would have worked if I had done 26 reps vs. 25. Oh well… Next time!
