It’s benchmarking time again. Tabata Rounds: Pullups, Pushups, Squats, Burpees, Chinnies and just for fun I threw in a set of chair Dips.
Pullups – 5 (same)
Pushups – 13 (+1)
Squats – 13 (-1)
Burpees – 5 (same)
Chinnies – 30 (-21?)
Dips – 16 (na)
I think I was miscounting the Chinnies before. I will probably keep doing them, but I don’t think I will use them as part of the benchmarking.
