Routine of the Day – Tabata That!


I figured the Tabata training I was implementing could be applied to other forms of exercise as well.

Tabata That! (20 second rounds, 10 second rests, 4 Exercises for lowest score)

Push Press @ 65lbs – 15

Bar Dips – 12

Switch Hops (on a chair) – 20

Situps – 10 (man am I slow at situps)

And just because I felt I needed a little more burn I finished the routine with:

3 Round Max Reps -

Pullups – 21, 12, 11

Pushups (on the handles) – 22, 16, 14

Sqauts @ 65lbs – 17, 15, 15
