No vest does not equal no challenge. I flew through these as hard and as fast as I could. I even took this opportunity to try Kipping Pushups, as demonstrated on the Crossfit website. If you think it looks like “cheating” you may want to reconsider that thought after running through several rounds. It takes more energy and more intensity to ‘kip’ a pushup then using ‘perfect form’.
