Routine of the Day – Squats, Pullups and Dips (or Muscle-ups if your man enough)


Four Rounds for Time:

50 Squats

5 Muscle-ups  (or 5 x 4 Dips and 4 Pullups)

My Time (with 20lbs vest): 18:13

I would love to be able to do the muscle ups as it would shave minutes off the time, but due to my lack of rings, room and the immense amount of body strength required to perform them, I did the dips and pullups instead.
