Routine of the Day – Squats and Faux-Muscle Ups


This is the first routine with the sequence rings so I figured I should take it easy. I don’t know what is going to be sore after this routine, but I do know one thing for sure: These rings make everything much more challenging.

Warm Up -

For Time: 5:04

3 Rounds of —

  • 30 Pushup
  • 30 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Situps
  • 10 Pullups

Routine of the Day –

For Time:  12:15

4 Rounds of —

  • 50 Squats w/ 25lbs barbell
  • 20 Ring Pullups
  • 20 Ring Dips

I felt my time was quite good, so I gave myself a BONUS round of the above which I finished at 16:18.
