Routine of the Day – Seppuku

Warm Up for Time: 5:22

3 Rounds –

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Routine of the Day #1 – Seppuku – 5 Rounds For Time @ 20lbs – 7:42

  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 Knees-t0-Elbows
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 10 Pushups

RoD #2 – Seppuku – 5 Rounds For Time @ 14lbs – 7:37

  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 Knees-t0-Elbows
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 10 Pushups

Comparing with my old time there was improvement for both RoD’s this morning. I swapped the Knees-to-Elbows and Ring Dips to minimize the time moving between the stations (Pullups/K2E’s done on the same bar and its easy to drop from the rings into pushups – Anything to save an additional few seconds!).
