Routine of the Day- Run and 10′s


It’s bright and early and a run is in my near future.

Routine #1 - Run 3.5KM

Time was 21:56. Awful, awful time. I know I can do better but my knees just where not in a forgiving mood this morning.

Routine #2 – Complete 10 Rounds for time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Situps

Final time was 7:38. As RX from Crossfits website. This time, on the other hand, I am very, very pleased with. Take into account that I finished a 22 minute run only minutes before do this, I really kicked this WoD’s but.
