Routine of the Day – Rounds in 20 Minutes


Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 20 Situps
  • 30 Pushups
  • 40 Squats

Time – 4:09

Routine of the Day - Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of

  • 5 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 20 Boot Strappers

Finished 9 rounds, 35 seconds to spare which I used to rep out 30 more pushups… Just because.
