  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Routine of the Day - 5 Rounds for Time (w/ 12lbs training vest)

  • 20 Pullups
  • 40 Pushups (on T-Bar)
  • 60 Squats

Finished in 12:53

Awful time. I think I am a little rough around the edges still from the jet lag…
