I am not going to kid you. This weeks worth of RoD’s have taken their toll. My legs, my arms, my back, my chest… Basically everything except my core and shoulders are killer sore. Today’s RoD was developed with that in mind.
Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time (4:44)
- 20 Pushups
- 25 Mountain Climbers
- 30 Squats
- 35 Situps
Routine of the Day – 5 Rounds for Time of:
- 15 Push Press @ 60lbs
- 20 Knees-to-Elbows
- 25 Glute-Ham Situps
Finished in 8:44
Cash Out #1 -Tabata Intervals
- Ring Dips – 18, 12, 12, 11, 9, 6, 6, 6 – Total: 80, Best: 6
Cash Out #2 – 5 Rounds, max reps of:
- Handstand Pushups (nose to floor) – 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Not bad for a guy that only a couple months ago couldn’t do a single one. Practice makes perfect, eh?
