5 Rounds For Time @ 20lbs – 8:10

10 Pullups, 10 Parellel Bar Dips, 10 Knees-t0-Elbows, 10 Pushups

5 Rounds For Time @ 12lbs – 8:59

10 Pullups, 10 Parellel Bar Dips, 10 Knees-t0-Elbows, 10 Pushups

Oh yeah. That second round of 5 was just as tough as the first. No way I could have finished 10 rounds straight with the 20lbs vest.
