Routine of the Day – Pullups, Burpees, Pushups


Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time (3:13)

  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Routine – Complete 10 Rounds for Time (~12-13 minutes – The stopwatch app on my blackberry crashed)

  • 10 Commando Pullups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 T-Bar Pushups

Cash Out – Tabata Intervals – Squats

I cannot seem to find my note on how many I got, but I think my best way around 21…
