Routine of the Day- Pullups, Burpees and Ring Dips


Hmmm… Apparently I messed up a little and made this just a tad more difficult then the last time.

Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time

  • 20 Pullups
  • 20 Squat Thrusts
  • 20 Situps
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Chair Dips

Finished in 3:31

Routine of the Day - 10 Rounds for Time

  • 12 Pullups
  • 12 Burpees
  • 12 Ring Dips

Finished in 14:34, done with the 14lbs training vest, all unbroken. Compared to my last time which I did only 10 reps per exercise my time is pretty comparable.

Cash Out - Tabata Intervals (Pushups w/ Pushup Bar)

Pushups – 31, 15, 13, 12, 12, 12, 13, 13 – Best: 12, Total: 121
