Routine of the Day – Pullups, Burpees and Dips

10 Rounds for Time — 10 Pullups, 10 Burpees, 10 Dips (on bar/rings or 30 dips as sub)

My time for Completion: 23:09

I used the weighted vest  (@ +11lbs) for the first five rounds and nearly died. Last five at bodyweight.
