Nothing like a bout of insomnia to start the day. May as well get my workout out of the way now, because by the end of today I am going to be in bad shape.

Warm Up – 100 Squat Thrusts (finished in 2:30)

Routine of the Day – Max Reps

3 Rounds —

  • Weighted Pullups (50lbs) – 3, 3, 3
  • Weighted Pushups (50lbs) – 14, 12, 10
  • Weighted Squats (50lbs) – 20,20,20

2 Rounds —

  • Weighted Pullups (20lbs) – 12, 10
  • Weighted Pushups (20lbs) – 22, 20
  • Weighted Squats (20lbs) – 42, 30

Entire Routine took just under 13 minutes, warm up included.
