  • Pullups – 22, 14, 10, 12, 11
  • Pushups – 31, 23, 22, 23, 23

Used the 20lbs training vest for the pullups, and the 20lbs training vest plus a 30lbs backpack for the pushups

Cash Out – Tabata Intervals w/ 20lbs training vest

  • Squats – 32, 30, 27, 22, 22, 22, 22, 22
