Routine of the Day – Lunges, Box Jumps and Pullups


Today’s routine is taken straight from the Crossfit website, but scaled slightly (the equivalent of the Porch workout) – I was planning to take the day off for rest, but this one just seemed like to much fun to pass up.

4 Rounds For Time –

100ft Walking Lunges w/ 40lbs of weights (I used a 20lb vest, plus carried two 10lbs dumbells)

20 Box Jumps (With the 20lbs vest)

10 Pullups (Also with the 20lbs vest)

Time to completion: 13:32. Pullups, even with the vest are becoming easier and easier every time.
