Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time of:

  • 10 Pullups
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 40 Squats

Finished in 4:14

Routine of the Day – Because Lunges are not hard enough already

  • 30 Lunges w/ 25lbs dumbell plate held over head
  • 50 Pullups
  • 30 Lunges w/ 25lbs dumbell plate held over head
  • 50 Pushups
  • 30 Lunges w/ 25lbs dumbell plate held over head
  • 50 Squats
  • 30 Lunges w/ 25lbs dumbell plate held over head
  • 50 Diamond Pushups
  • 30 Lunges w/ 25lbs dumbell plate held over head
  • 50 Pullups

All of the above, minus the final 25 pullups were done with a 14lbs training vest. Finished in 17:08.

Cash Out - 2 Minutes Heavy Bag Work (punching combos), 1 Minute of Pushups, 2 Minutes Heave Bag Work (kicking practice). Got 85 pushups.
