Routine of the Day – Kasuke ー かすけ


Warm up for Time – 5:10

3 Rounds of 30 Pushups, 30 Situps, 30 Squats (I used varying styles of each exercise to keep it interesting)

Routine For Time -11:52

50 Squats

25 Pushups

50 Pistols/1-Legged Squats (25 each leg – I used a staircase to assist – I am not very good at these)

25 Finger Pushups (ouch)

50 Side-to-side Lunges (1 full rep is left-to-right)

25 Knuckle Pushups

50 Walking Lunges

25 Diamond Pushups

A good time, though a little less then I wanted to spend on exercise today. I finished with an additional 10 minutes of heavy bag work.
