  • 40 Squats

  • 1-Arm Kettlebell Swings (12kg)
  • Squat Thrusts

Routine #2 – 3 Rounds for Time of

  • 50 Sumo High-Pull Deadlift (16kg)
  • 30 Box Jumps (20″)
  • 20 Handstand Pushups
