Routine of the Day – I made it myself


Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups (Well actually I did 72, 20 and 30)
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Final time was 6:09

Routine #1 – 21-15-9 for Time

  • Kettlebell Swings (1 pood)
  • Burpees

Final time was 3:55 (poor time, not even close to my personal best)

Routine #2 – 10 Rounds for Time (w/ 14lbs training vest)

  • 10 Squating Push Presses @65lbs (oh God. What have I created?)
  • 10 Ring Dips

Final time was 11:15. Goal was under 12 minutes.

Squating Push Presses – Just like it sounds; Squat, thrusting upwards with the legs, press up with the arms using the momentum from the squat to complete a push press. This will crush your shoulders and legs.
