Routine of the Day – From 15-14-13…3-2-1


I nearly gagged doing this one, but slowed down near the end to avoid a visit from Pukie the Clown.

For Time —

15-14-13…3-2-1

- Thrusters @ 40% Body Weight (approx 60lbs)

- Burpees

- Knees-to-Elbows

My time to completion: 30:45

I did it with a 10lbs weighted vest for all sets except the last 4 sets, which made the all the exercises feel surprisingly easier.  I have to say that weighted vest, along with the gym mat have been the most useful pieces of equipment I have purchased (or recieved as a birthday gift) for training.
