Routine of the Day – For Max Reps


Warmup – 3 Rounds

2 Minutes heavy bag work

15 Pushups, 15 squats, 15 crunches, 15 burpees

Routine – 3 Rounds maximum repetitions (until failure) -

Pullups, Pushups, Squats, V-Crunches

Did this with the weighted vest (20lbs) and scored: 10-7-7, 21-15-13, 46-30-22, 21-20-20

Dropping the vest for one final set I was able to fire off an additional 12 pullups, 23 pushups, 37 squats and 27 v-crunches. Ouch.
