Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time

  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Routine of the Day – Filthier 50′s

In 21 minutes complete as many of the exercises listed below, 50 repetitions each.

  • Wide-grip Pullups
  • Pushups
  • Hop Squats
  • Burpees
  • Decline Pushups
  • Commando Pullups
  • Alternating Lunges
  • Alternating Pushups
  • Squats
  • Chair Dips
  • Box Jumps @ 20″
  • Knees-to-Elbows
  • Squat Thrusts

Everything in bold was completed with the 14lbs training vest. 13 rounds isn’t bad, but there were a total 20 exercises I was shooting for.
