Routine of the Day - 5 exercises. 5 minutes per. As Many Reps as Possible.

  • Pullups – 72. Goal reached! (Next goal is 75)
  • Handstand Pushups – 45 (Next goal is 50)
  • Squats – 150. Goal reached! (Next goal is 160)
  • Pushups – 106. Goal reached! (Next goal is 110)
  • Ring Dips – 45 (Next goal is 50)

Compared to Round 1. Improvements across the board, including several goals hit. The 75 pullups within 5 minutes is within my reach!
