Routine of the Day – The Deck of Pain

Shuffle a deck of 52 cards – Each suit represents an exercise and the number of repetitions you must complete. Cycle through the entire deck.

1-9 are their respective number of repetitions

Face Cards = 10 reps

Aces = 11 reps

Diamonds - Pullups

Hearts - Pushups

Spades - Squats

Clubs - Burpees

Just as difficult as it was last time, but I really crushed my old record with a 20:22 finishing time (compared to a 28:10)! I managed to complete the entire deck of cards from start to finish with the training vest on.
