Routine of the Day – Complete in 20 minutes


Warm Up - 3 Rounds

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups (50 for first round)
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Routine #1 – 21-15-9

  • Push Press
  • Pullups

Time was 2:01

Routine #2 - Complete the following in 20 minutes, anyway possible.

  • 25 Progressive Muscle Ups (foot assisted)
  • 25 Backpack Pullups (+35lbs)
  • 150 Backup Pushups
  • 150 Squats w/ 65lbs bar

I missed the last 40 pushups and last 25 squats at the 20 minute mark. Actual finish time was 22:57.
