Routine of the Day – Climbing Mount Olympus


Hercules only had to do it once -

Climbing Mount Olympus

Complete For Time:

Find a decent size hill, around 75-100 meters to the top and a 30 to 45 degree slope. Sprint to the top as fast as possible. Jog-Walk-Crawl back to the bottom. The time back down -IS- included in your total time to complete this workout.

Based on an uphill sprint that is 100 meters/45 degrees —

Easy – 10 Times up the hill

Normal – 15 Times up the hill

Hard – 20 Times up the hill

Time to complete was approximately 24 minutes running 15 laps @ 75ft/30 degrees, including to warm up/cool down jog from the house to the hill.
