Routine of the Day – Cindy


Buy-in (Warm Up):

For Time – 3 Rounds of 30 Pushups, 30 Situps, 30 Squats (I did this in 3:39, my personal best!)

Routine (Cindy) w/ 12lbs vest

As many rounds as your can of 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats

I managed to get 21 rounds, just barely missing the 22nd round by only 5 Squats! Arg!

5 x 22 = 110 Pullups, 10 x 22 = 220 Pushups,  15 x 21 (+10) = 325 Squats

That is a lot of reps!
