Warm Up -

3 Rounds x 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Pushups, 20 Hop-Squats

Routine – By the Numbers

Do each station for 1 minute. Rest as needed. Record number of completed for repetitions for each station when applicable.

  • Bag work – Punching combos
  • Pullups – 32
  • Bag Work – Kicking combos
  • Dands – 22
  • Bag Work – Knee/Elbow combos
  • Thrusters @ 65lbs – 22
  • Bag Work – Puching/Kicking Combos
  • Forearm Curls to Push Press @ 65lbs – 19
  • Bag Work – All Out
  • Burpees – 30
