Routine of the Day – Burpee’s, #65 Squats and GHSU’s


Compared to Nov 24th, 2009.

Warm Up -

3 Rounds of —

  • 10 Pullups
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30 Squats
  • 40 Crunches

Finished in 4:43

Routine of the Day -

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of —

  • 20 Burpees
  • 15 Weighted Squats #65
  • 10 Glute-Ham Situps

Finish 8 rounds, 1:10 seconds to spare, went for one more round and managed to get 20 Burpees and the 15 Squats @ 65lbs done before the bell. I still finished the last round of GHSU’s anyway.
