Warm Up - 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 40 Squats

Routine of the Day – Burpee Hell

  • Complete for time 20, 19, 18..5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 of Burpees and Situps.

Final time was 24:06 of hell.
