Routine of the Day – Brutal


Nothing is better then waking up at 5:00AM and running through this gauntlet.

Warm Up -

For Time – (4:22)

  • 3 Rounds x 30 Pushups, Situps and Sqauts

Routine of the Day

For Time – (25:17)

  • 100 Pullups
  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Walking Lunges
  • 100 Parallel Bar Dips
  • 100 Knees-to-Elbows

Used the vest at 12lbs for all the Burpees and Lunges, though I dropped it for the Pullups and Dips once I reached 70 reps (it became to difficult to rep-out more then 5 unbroken with the vest on). Didn;t bother with it for the Knees-to-Elbows because its more of a hindrance then anything else.
