Routine of the Day – Another Double


I suck at handstands and handstand pushups.

That is why I am doing them.

10 Rounds For Time –

2 Handstand Pushups

4 Rope/Towel Pullups

6 Hip Level Pushups (Planche progression practice)

This one took me around 10 minutes to finish.

Five Rounds For Max Reps –

Pullups (Chin-over-bar) (Best: 15, Worst: 9)

Pushups (Best: 52, Worst: 30)

Push Press @ 100lbs (Best: 10, Worst: 6)
