For Time – 100 Pullups, 100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats

Note: These must be completed in order. You cannot move onto the next exercise until you have finished all 100 reps.

Just because I enjoy punishing myself I added an additional 100 dips (on a chair, so pretty easy) and used my weight vest at 12 lbs for the pushups, squats and the first 50 pullups. And no, these were not unbroken sets. I would love to meet the person that can do 100 pullups non-stop. Honestly I would; I would want an autograph.
