- 20 Chair Dips
- 20 Pushups
- 20 Bootstrappers
- 20 V-Crunches
- 10 Pullups
Routine of the Day – Angie (difficult version)
Complete as many round as possible of -
- 5 Handstand Pushups (wall assisted)
- 10 Assisted Pistol Squats (1-Legged Squats, used the stairs to assist)
- 15 Ring Pullups
9 Rounds finished, 1 minute to spare, rep’ed out 27 Ring Dips.
It does not look like much, but this is a challenging routine. Only a few months ago a single Handstand Pushup was nearly impossible for me, but rep’ing out 5 in a row is cake (for the first 5 rounds anyways).
