This is a Crossfit created workout and not a bad benchmark for your calisthenic abilities.
Warm up for Time:
3 Rounds of 30 Pushups, 30 Squats, 30 Situps (4:27)
2 x Samson Stretch
For Time:
100 Pullups
100 Squats
100 Pushups
100 Situps
Each set must be completed before moving on to the next exercise. So that is 100 Pullups in a row, 100 Squats, etc. My time was 14:32 with the the vest at 12lbs (except for the last 50 Pullups and Situps, which are far to difficult to perform properly while wearing it). And just because I felt like killing myself that day, I added this as well:
100 Burpees (50 w/ vest@12lbs, 50 without)
100 Dips (all w/ vest@12lbs)
Total time for completion was 25:51. The burpees were absolutely awful. With or without the vest I still find them one of the most exhausting exercises to perform.
