Routine of the Day # 1 – For Time (from Crossfit.com April 27th)
- 30 Handstand Pushups
- 40 Pullups
- 50 Backpack Swings @30lbs (subbed instead of 1.5 pood kettlebells – I don’t own kettlebells… Yet!)
- 60 Situps
- 70 Burpees
Finished in 12:42 (the HSPU killed my time as after the first set its hard to get anything over 3 in a row – Burpees suck too – Still I am very please with my time).
Routine of the Day #2 – Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes of
- 5 Hip Pushups
- 15 Knees-to-Elbows
- 25 Decline Pushups
Managed to get 7 rounds, which is 2 less then my goal.
