Routine of the Day – 70 Burpees. Ug.


Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Squats

Time was 4:46.

Routine of the Day # 1 – For Time (from Crossfit.com April 27th)

  • 30 Handstand Pushups
  • 40 Pullups
  • 50 Backpack Swings @30lbs (subbed instead of 1.5 pood kettlebells – I don’t own kettlebells… Yet!)
  • 60 Situps
  • 70 Burpees

Finished in 12:42 (the HSPU killed my time as after the first set its hard to get anything over 3 in a row – Burpees suck too – Still I am very please with my time).

Routine of the Day #2 – Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes of

  • 5 Hip Pushups
  • 15 Knees-to-Elbows
  • 25 Decline Pushups

Managed to get 7 rounds, which is 2 less then my goal.
