Seven rounds for Time -
20 Pullups
20 Dips (on dip bars or rings)
20 Lunges (or 30 feet of walking lunges)
I started this routine with the weighted vest, but found it far to difficult to reach the 20 reps so I scaled them down to 15 for the dips and pullups. The vest came of at round five and the reps went back up to 20.
My time to complete this routine was: 29:50
To be honest I am not very happy with my overall time as I feel I could have done better. Had I chosen to not use the vest I believe I could have kept my time under 25 minutes. I guess it is better to challenge myself rather then worry to much about my score, so long as I can beat it the next time I attempt this!
