Lets focus on resistance training today -

Five rounds for Time:

15 Weighted Pushups (Personally I use an old backpack filled with around 30 lbs of rock)

12 Stict Pullups

9 Push Presses (@ 60 – 90 lbs)

6 Forearm Curls (@ 30-60 lbs)
