Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time
- 10 Pullups
- 30 Pushups
- 30 Situps
- 30 Squats
Time was 4:45.
Routine of the Day # 1 – For Time
21-15-9 of Pullups, Burpees, Ring Dips (w/ 20lbs vest)
Time was 8:09 – I am certain I can do better then this, but that 20lbs training vest adds quite a lot of difficult to the routine. The ring dips are incredibly hard to do with the extra body weight.
Routine of the Day - 3 Rounds for Time (w/ 20lbs training vest)
- 30 Pushups
- 30 Box Jumps @ 20″
- 30 Mountain Climbers (2-count)
Finished in 8:21 – Like the above routine if I had done it with out the vest I probably could have shaved off 2-3 minutes easily.
I think for the next several routines I am really going to focus on using the vest to increase the difficulty of my routines.
