Warm Up – 3 Rounds for Time of

  • 10 Burpees
  • 30 Pushups
  • 20 Situps
  • 40 Squats

Routine of the Day – 5 Rounds for Time of

  • 10 Handstand Pushups
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 20 Frog Pushups
  • 20 Lunges
  • 20 Monkey Jumps

Finished in 20:53… Though to be honest they last 2 rounds I only rep’d out 9 HSPUs… No training vest.
